How can I reduce the amount of pressure I feel? Enough rest can boost your mood and make you feel less harried and more prepared to face the challenges. Schedule regular time to do what you love most- it could be reading, exercising, hanging out with friends, even watching the TV! Don't guilt yourself for having fun!

Maybe you could change a few subjects that you struggle in, teachers could give you extra credit for some other work, or the counselor can help you approach your pressure in a healthier manner!
